A creative, culturally resonant plan shaped with the Windrush community, with named partners, a lead event on 22 June, clear numbers and milestones, a way to measure impact, and something that lasts after July, such as recorded stories from elders.
Pick one aim only; extra aims earn nothing. Keep staff costs down, as the guidance asks, and name your community partners, such as museums, libraries or schools.
