Applications that demonstrate clear local need, community involvement, and measurable impact. Projects addressing either financial security or climate resilience in concrete, practical ways are favoured. Organisations that can raise matched donations and engage their community in fundraising.
Aviva employees can volunteer up to 21 hours per year to support your project — consider recruiting volunteer support alongside funding. The fund explicitly aims to share support widely across more organisations, so smaller, hyper-local projects are welcomed. Match funding works on a donation-by-donation basis, so a strong fundraising plan is important.
